1.Scope of Application
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders made on store.nssmag.com (here in after only the “Store”) by consumers.
2.Ownership
The store belongs to nss magazine srls , with registered office in Via G. E. Pestalozzi n. 4 - 20143 Milano (MI), VAT 12275110968 (here in after only “nss”).
3.Guarantees
Images of the products advertised are intended as reference only. All prices shown on the website, in the prices column include Value-added tax (VAT). These prices are subject to periodic promotional campaigns. Therefore, nss reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, and without granting a refund for any discrepancies between the price of a product already purchased and the one on the store.mqbmbq.com website.
Particular attention is paid to packaging, which is selected according to the nature of the product. The customer must verify the integrity of the packaging upon delivery and sign the relevant receipt form. If this is not possible, the customer must note this in the above-mentioned form and declare any damage found citing the "Order Number". This procedure must be followed also in case of defects or damage to the merchandise.
4.Technical Information
The technical information included in the website store.mqbmbq.com, is based on the information published by manufacturers of the goods featured in our catalogue. Nss reserves the right to change/adapt the technical and dimensional information of the product catalogue, based on the specifications received by our suppliers without prior notice.
5.Registration and conclusion of the contract
To place an order, customers can both create an account or checkout as guest. The customer will receive a communication via e-mail confirming the order and providing the related Order Number. This number must be cited in all communications. The order will be considered valid and accepted only after the "Confirmation of Payment" is received from the financial institution depending on the payment method. Prices and payments are indicated in Euro.
The presentation of the products in our Store is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue.

8.Delivery Terms
We ship to the delivery address stated by the customer. Delivery time, shipping costs and minimum order value for free shipping depends on your location. Please note that every order placed after December the 18th will be managed from January the 4th on.
9.Returns from within EU/EEA
Consumers with their usual residence in a member state of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) at the time the contract is concluded are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within ten working days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is ten days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, excluding shipping costs and payment charges, immediately and no later than ten days from the date we receive notice of your withdrawal from this Agreement. For this refund we shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, once we have received the products back.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case within ten days of the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract at the latest. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling them in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality. 11.Exclusion and Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or destination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of revocation expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of goods if these were mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
12.Returns from outside EU/EEA
Customers with their usual residence in a country that is neither a member of the EU nor of the EEA at the time the contract is concluded can return the goods in accordance with the following provisions:

if the conditions for the return are met, we will refund the purchase price you paid for the goods. Otherwise, we will return the goods to you at your expense. The rights in case of a defect remain unaffected.
13.Retention of Title
The delivered goods shall remain our property until complete payment.
14.Liability
We shall only be liable for damages resulting from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. In the event of simple negligence, we shall only be liable in the event of injury to life, body, health or an essential contractual obligation. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfilment is necessary for the achievement of the objective of the contract or which enable the performance of the contract in the first place.
The above limitations of liability shall also apply in favour of our legal representatives and agents.
The liability according to the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
15. Responsibility
We are not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, arising from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalogue published on the store.mqbmbq.com website. This includes delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, correspondence of the goods to specifications published on the site, or any other event not directly attributable to nss.
Nss shall also not be liable for any damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of failure to execute the contract for any reason, as the Buyer shall only be entitled to the full refund of the price. nss srls assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties, credit cards, checks and other means of payment, upon payment of the purchased products.
16.Jurisdiction
All contracts stipulated with nss are completed in Italy. As an Italian company, customers agree to submit to the laws, regulations, and the possible arbitrage of Italian Jurisdiction by means of the Court of Milan.
